Lynnderella - When the moon was a star

I wore this polish earlier this week.  I wasn't as switched on as Steffels who thought to wear this polish for the recent blue moon, but after seeing her swatch I realized that I had yet to wear mine, so I promptly pulled it out and put it on.

This is two wiped coats, with some brush placement of the special moon and star glitters.  I layered it over OPI DS Fantasy and topped it with three layers over top coat - Ulta3 non-chip, Glitter Tamer and Seche Vite.

The large silver hexes and the moons and stars are all holo, then there are various shades of blue glitter in a multitude of sizes.  The hard glitters to see are the little fine ones, which are purple, aqua and silver holo, which really twinkle like the night sky.

I love this polish. There enough of the special glitters that you will get something on each nail, whether it be a moon, a large star or one of the iddy bitty stars.

Lynnderella polishes are available on ebay through the Lynnderella-Lynnderella shop.  There are generally many more polishes available these days, especially Buy It Nows where you can pick 4, 5, 6 etc polishes out of about 30.  Of course shipping is only to the USA, so make sure you find an American buddy who can buy and ship to you!

  1. This is pretty! I've been wondering for a while now - what do you mean by a wiped coat?

    1. A wiped coat is just when you wipe the brush over the nail. Often with glitters I will use a dabbled coat. I did a video about a dabbled coat here.

  8. This is an amazing polish, i'd love to have it, or just have 1 mani out of it :P Didn't this polish sell for around $900 on ebay? I'll never own one if so, but thanks so much for doing a post on it so that I may live vicariously thru you :)
