Lynnderella - Early Halloween

I still have a couple of Lynnderella polishes from the Early Halloween collection that I've not posted.  Here is one I wore a few weeks back.

Early Halloween - predominantly a violet purple glitter, but with various other glitters included such as orange, chartreuse green, black and white.  Shapes include square, hex, diamond, moons and stars (in both the larger size and the itty bitty ones).  Oh, and you can't miss the large black dots either.

For this mani I layered one dabbed coat of Early Halloween over Pretty Serious Poltergeist Puddle. Application was pretty good considering all the various shapes of glitter in this polish, Multi shape glitters are notoriously tricky to apply because they usually catch up on each other, but with a little jiggling around it was nice.  All the glitters were very well behaved too laying flat and smooth on my nails.

Lynnderella nail polish is available from her ebay store.

  2. Wonderful colour with all those "in your face" glitters - speaking of which - it must be an optical illusion but I swear there is a smiley face peering out on your ring finger :)

  4. I had a really hard time with this polish and trying to get it to lay flat. The smaller purple squares were noticeably curling, beyond just reflective curling, and the bigger squares almost folded in on each other. I had to pick those off. It's a shame because otherwise I love it! Did you have any application issues? Maybe I just got a bad batch?

    1. I'm sorry to hear your bottle has crap application and curling glitters. There is a slight reflective curl on the largest purple squares, but nothing like you describe above, that's terrible that they almost fold in on each other. The only glitter that stuck up for me was the black circle. It needed two coats of top coat otherwise the edges were raised on my very curved nails.

    2. That stinks .. :( You should contact the supplier to get a refund or new bottle! Her polishes are too expensive to just let something like that slide, IMO!

  5. While I'm not a fan of chunky glitter polishes or most of Lynnderella polishes in general, the tiny stars (like the one on your pinky) in this one are freaking adorable! :)
