Lynnderella - Sapphire Starfire

It's time for another Lynnderella polish. Here is another from the Birthstones and Talismans collection, and if you're born in September, then Sapphire Starfire is your birthstone polish.

Sapphire Starfire is a dense blue multiglitter with a blue shimmered clear base.  Like the other polishes from this collection, Sapphire Starfire has a range of glitter shapes in a multitude of blue shades.  There are dots, stars, hearts, moons, diamonds and hexes. Some of them are holo blue as well.

When this polish was touch dry, I pressed all the glitters down.  The polish was still soft but not sticky, so pressing on all the glitters makes them lay much flatter and means you don't need as much top coat.

I started with a base of Picture Polish Cosmos. Then two coats of Lynnderella Sapphire Starfire, then a coat of glitter tamer and a coat of Seche Vite.

  1. Nice base. I wonder how this combo looks from some distance. I also have Sapphire Starfire and I just can't find the right underwear in my stash. It's the hardest thing with those complex, dense glitters: finding the right underwear. Most of the times it just looks like some glitter mess. Or the combo makes the skin look weird.
