Girl on fire

After creating my frozen mani last week, and checking out the rest of fire and ice Messy Mansion plate MM27, I had to create some flame nail art using the flame stamp on the same plate.  The plate is so awesome and it makes is so easy to create incredible looking flames.

I can't tell you how much I loved this mani. It look so hot!

I started with a white base and did a three colour gradient using OPI Big Apple Red, Picture Polish Citrus and OPI I can't copa-cabana. On top of that I did a coat of Dance Legend Alohomora which is a red to yellow flakie polish.

I then stamping in black using MM27. The stamp is quite wide for my fingers, so I was able to position it slightly differently on each nail so that the flame patterns were more random.

  6. Love it! I need that plate too... I have a flame plate but it's the opposite, the flames are the colour you stamp, so it never looks as cool as this!

  7. What black did you use for this? I've been having a hard time finding good blacks. I have this very same plate, and want to try your mani, but all my blacks come out thin-looking.

    1. Konad special stamping polishes work the best. they are specially formulated and very thick for stamping! You can.purchase on Amazon and ebay as well on that. Their black is great for stamping
