Digital Dozen does Decades - 1920s Art Deco

It's the start of another Digital Dozen nail art week, and I'm all set to go this time. I missed December cause of the ol' broken foot.

This months theme is Decades, and I've chosen a different decade and represented it as nail art for each day. I'm starting off with 1920s Art Deco style.

My base was two coats of Different Dimension Family, which is a pale gold holo metallic polish, but I wanted the base to be a little warmer, so I layered one coat of OPI Golden eye. Ohh that looked so pretty.

I then did this art deco black line detailing free hand. Bloody hell doing freehand straight lines that are neatly and evenly spaced is hard!  I'm happy enough with the result, but sure could use some more line work practice!
