Superchic Lacquer Serendipity vertical gradient

Last weekend I took all the patches off my nails that were holding them together after we had been doing some construction in the yard.  I had four corners snapped off, so I did the one thing I didn't want to, I filed the edges rounder and went to squoval nails.  I don't think I really like them, but it is what it is.

I still have a bunch of photos where my nails are still longer, patched and square, however I suspect I will be jumping between square and squoval nails on my blog whilst I sort out the order of various posts.

Onto this mani.  Aren't these pastel colours from Superchic lacquer just adorable.  I'm wishing that I actually had the whole collection of colours and not just five of them.  I used all five colours I have in this vertical gradient.  I topped it with a layer of Kester Black Milkyway.
