Kleancolor metallics skittles

Yesterday I tried to do a water marble using some of my new Kleancolor metallic polishes.  I shit you not when I say I had metallic rainbow polish from ear to asshole. Suffice to say, I prompty removed that hideous mess.  Water marbling is just a skill I can't master!

As I was removing it, Mr Three came up to me and saw all the bottles open in front of me.

"Do Bay's nails please mummy".  So I did.  Then I did mine matching his.  He still thinks its awesome.

Anyone else with little boys?  Please tell me that its not weird for him to want to wear nail polish too.  He is such a boyish boy and I thought why the hell not.  I can't wait for Miss 6 months to be old enough to do her nails!

  3. what a cute little boy for wanting his nails painted. Mr. NailsbyCourteney once told me that he always wanted to let the neighbor girls paint his nails when he was around 5. His mom gave him some clear nail polish so he could join in :)

  8. My nephew recently spent the night (he's 7) and asked me to paint his toenails. He was afraid his mama would get mad if I painted his fingernails... So toes it was. I painted them a really cool glow-in-the-dark color. We charged them up under a blacklight and he went stomping through the house with his "monster toes" LOL! I say... PAINT AWAY!

  12. My near-14 year old son would be a willing swatcher if I let him and maybe, if his nails weren't so stumpy, I'd consider it since its summer. My 12 year old is way too "tough" to be painted but enjoys sorting my colors.

  14. Thanks everyone. Some really sweet stories. Mr 3 happily showed off his nails to his cousins, aunts and uncles yesterday. But I think it will come off before he goes to pre-school tomorrow :)

  18. My brothers kid is 4 and he sometimes wants his nails painted. Maybe it's more like coloring than nailpolish to them. I dunno. And his little sister is almost 2 and she comes to me and says "Hello Kitty" and shows her nails. So cute. I pick up a pink polish and my tiny Hello Kitty stickers fromborn pretty store. And when we are done she stares at her nails. Haha
